The problem
Traditional resumes are flat — recruiters scan them for seconds and lose signal on the qualities that actually matter in interviews. Most video-resume tools fail because nobody records themselves cold; completion rates sit in the single digits. The hiring funnel loses its highest-signal moment.
What we built
Candidate flow
Upload resume → AI generates a tailored introduction script → record with a built-in teleprompter → get a public profile with a unique URL and QR code. Unlimited retakes. Full privacy controls — public, unlisted, or recruiter-only.
Recruiter feed
A first-class recruiter experience: browsable candidate feed, like and shortlist, full video profile views, and direct outreach to shortlisted candidates. The recruiter side was built in parallel, not bolted on.
Shareable artifact
One clean URL plus a QR code means the profile works in an email signature, on a business card, or on LinkedIn. Candidates own the artifact — full delete is first-class.
Design & motion
A cohesive design system with thoughtful motion, dark mode, and a brand voice closer to a consumer product than a typical B2B HR tool. Admin tooling was treated with the same level of care as the candidate flow.
