The problem
The client — a startup ecosystem enabler connecting hundreds of early-stage startups to cloud credits and service providers — was running the entire operation across spreadsheets, email threads, and WhatsApp. No unified view, no real-time visibility, and days of coordination just to onboard a single startup.
What we built
Four role-based portals
Startups, service providers, customer success and admins, and super admins each get a portal scoped to their workflow — with granular access controls, passwordless magic-link auth, and per-org permissions.
Cloud credit & service tracking
Purpose-built tracking for AWS, GCP, and Azure credit allocation and usage, service assignment workflows, and task management — surfacing previously invisible utilization back to leadership.
Historical migration
Full historical dataset — 1,666 organizations, 1,953 users, 171 cloud records, 639 tasks — migrated cleanly from Excel into the new system with zero data loss.
Live communications layer
A communications module with WhatsApp ingestion and automated contract flows, keeping all client touchpoints on one timeline instead of scattered across inboxes.
